For over 20 years, the BMÖ has been representing the interests of the Austrian purchasing and supply chain management industry. In doing so, it carries out development work in all relevant areas of purchasing and accompanies purchasers in their work and corporate responsibility. The focus is on improving the value of the purchasing function within the company. A comprehensive range of services and a wide range of further training courses such as in-house seminars, MBA+ (Master of Business Administration + Strategic Purchasing and Supply Chain Management), courses and conferences complete the range of services offered by the BMÖ.
BMÖ network
The BMÖ network consists of outstanding national and international experts in purchasing who actively contribute to the further development of the purchasing function, represent the interests of purchasing management and are actively involved in design in close cooperation with business, science and public institutions. With its specialist conferences, round tables and above all the Austrian Purchasing Forum, the BMÖ offers access to all important information, trends and developments.
BMÖ Annual Conference
The Austrian Purchasing Forum is the annual meeting place for executives and decision-makers from purchasing and supply chain management. Every year, the participants can expect a challenging program with top-class speakers as well as contributions from science and best practice, specialist contributions from industry and an excellent opportunity to expand their network. Every year, the Austrian Supply Excellence & Purchasing 4.0 Award is presented at the Austrian Purchasing Forum.
BMÖ Academy
The BMÖ Academy offers a wide range of training and further education opportunities in purchasing and supply chain management. This includes the proven Certified Professional Purchasing Expert program as well as other Certified programs such as CPPE Negotiation Expert, CPPE Digitization Expert, CPPE Data Expert, CPPE Controlling Expert, CPPE Project Manager and CPPE Leadership in Procurement. The broad range of qualification measures is complemented by the MBA + Strategic Purchasing & Supply Chain Management programme and the range of tailor-made in-house training courses.
